The Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Ihuoma Emeruwa, has extended warm felicitations to the Deputy Governor of the state, Engr. Ikechukwu Lekwachi Emetu, FNSE, on the occasion of his 42nd birthday.
