Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma felicitates with Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid el-Kabir

Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma extends his heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful across Abia Central Senatorial District, Abia State, Nigeria, and the global Muslim Ummah on the joyous occasion of Eid el-Kabir.

As Muslims around the world commemorate this sacred festival of sacrifice and devotion, Rt. Hon. Atuma urges Nigerians to reflect deeply on the enduring virtues of faith, obedience, humility, compassion, and selfless service to humanity, values that remain essential to nation-building and peaceful coexistence.

He noted that Eid el-Kabir presents yet another opportunity for citizens to strengthen the bonds of unity, promote mutual understanding, and recommit themselves to the collective pursuit of peace, justice, and national progress.

Rt. Hon. Atuma further called on Nigerians to demonstrate love and generosity toward one another, particularly to the poor, vulnerable, and less privileged members of society, stressing that true leadership and humanity are measured by our willingness to uplift others.

He also encouraged continued prayers for Nigeria and for leaders at all levels of government, that they may be guided by wisdom, integrity, patriotism, and a sincere commitment to the welfare and aspirations of the people.

“At a time when our nation yearns for greater unity and progress, we must rise above every form of division and work together in the spirit of brotherhood, tolerance, and shared responsibility toward building a more prosperous, stable, and secure Nigeria,” he stated.
