Abia Central Students Endorse Atuma’s Senate Bid, Pledge Massive Mobilisation

Students across the Abia Central Senatorial Zone have thrown their weight behind the senatorial ambition of Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma, describing him as a credible and capable candidate for the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly.
The endorsement, conveyed in a statement issued by the President of the Abia Central Students Association, Emmanuel Udochukwu, reflects the collective position of both undergraduate and graduate students from the zone, at home and in the diaspora.
According to the students, Atuma has demonstrated capacity, experience, and a sustained commitment to public service, qualities they say distinguish him as a strong contender for the Senate.
They noted that his leadership acumen, political maturity, and understanding of the needs of the people position him to deliver effective and purposeful representation for Abia Central.
The association further stressed that young people in the zone are rallying behind a candidate they believe possesses the vision and legislative competence to attract development, expand opportunities in education, and drive youth empowerment.
“We are confident that Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma has the experience and strength required to give Abia Central a stronger voice at the national level,” the statement read.
The students also pledged to actively mobilise support for Atuma’s candidacy, assuring that structures are being put in place across campuses and communities to ensure victory at the polls.
Describing the move as a collective push for quality representation and youth inclusion, the group reaffirmed its total support and solidarity for Atuma’s senatorial bid.
