Trinity Methodist Church Honours Anyaso with Ambassador of Christ Award for Humanitarian Service

The Youth Fellowship of Trinity Methodist Church, Amaegbuato Nkpa, has conferred its prestigious Ambassador of Christ Award on the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji), in recognition of his steadfast support for the Christian faith and his outstanding humanitarian contributions to society, irrespective of religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation.

Presenting the award during a special church service, the Presbyter in charge of the church, Very Rev. Ekelozie Obi, described Dr. Anyaso as a devoted Christian whose life exemplifies compassion, generosity, and selfless service to humanity.

The cleric commended the philanthropist for consistently using his resources to uplift the less privileged and support the work of God, praying for divine wisdom, protection, and success as he seeks to represent the people of Bende Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

Responding to the honour, Dr. Anyaso expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Youth Fellowship and the entire congregation for finding him worthy of the recognition.

He attributed his achievements to the grace of God, stressing that every accomplishment in his life has been made possible through divine favour.

The Labour Party standard-bearer maintained that the true essence of leadership lies not in the position one occupies but in the positive impact made on the lives of others. He reaffirmed that his aspiration to represent Bende Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly is motivated by a sincere desire to serve the people rather than pursue personal gain.

Addressing the youths, Dr. Anyaso urged them to remain steadfast in their faith and commitment to God, reminding them that while people may fail or disappoint, God remains faithful and never abandons those who place their trust in Him.

The event ended with special prayers for Dr. Anyaso, the church, and the continued peace, unity, and development of Bende Federal Constituency.

Dr. Anyaso was accompanied to the service by the Director-General of the Chima Anyaso Campaign Council, Pastor Okechukwu Dike (Eriwe); the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Chima Anyaso Foundation, Ezeogo Emeka Onuoha; Hon. Chukwuemeka Ogbonna; as well as other political leaders and stakeholders from across Bende Federal Constituency.
