Anyaso rallies support for Chimaobi Anyaso’s 2027 House of Reps bid

Chief Paul Anyaso has called on eligible voters of Bende Federal Constituency to rally behind Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji) ahead of the 2027 general elections, describing him as a tested leader with a proven record of service, empowerment, and community development.

In a statement made available to journalists, Paul Anyaso who is an older brother to Dr. Chima Anyaso urged indigenes and residents of Bende, including those willing to transfer their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to the constituency, to participate actively in the electoral process and support Dr. Anyaso’s aspiration to represent the constituency in the House of Representatives.

According to him, Dr. Chimaobi Anyaso has, for more than two decades, distinguished himself through impactful humanitarian interventions and sustained investments in education, youth empowerment, healthcare, and community development.

He noted that one of Dr. Anyaso’s landmark contributions was the establishment of a school in Igbere, where hundreds of children have benefited from free education for over 15 years, easing the burden on families and expanding access to learning opportunities.

Chief Anyaso further highlighted the Labour Party flagbearer’s scholarship schemes, business support programmes, humanitarian outreach, and assistance to vulnerable members of society, stressing that his contributions have touched thousands of lives within and beyond Bende Federal Constituency.

“Dr. Chimaobi Anyaso’s achievements are visible and verifiable. His commitment to humanity, education, empowerment, and community development has remained consistent over the years.

He represents a new generation of compassionate and accountable leadership,” he said.

Describing the Labour Party candidate as humble, visionary, and development-oriented, Chief Anyaso maintained that his election to the Green Chamber would open a new chapter of progress and effective representation for the people of Bende.

He therefore called on voters across the constituency to support Dr. Anyaso’s candidacy, emphasizing the need for leadership anchored on accountability, good governance, improved educational opportunities, quality healthcare, and sustainable development.

“As we approach the 2027 general elections, I urge the people of Bende to unite behind a candidate whose track record speaks louder than promises. Dr. Chimaobi Anyaso has demonstrated capacity, compassion, and commitment to service. He deserves our support,” Chief Anyaso stated.

He also appealed to voters to support the Labour Party and Governor Alex Chioma Otti’s administration, saying the party remains committed to delivering people-centred governance and sustainable development across Abia State.

The elder statesman expressed optimism that with collective support, Bende Federal Constituency would witness greater progress, stronger representation, and enhanced opportunities for its people.
