Bende 2027: Anyaso Meets Political Heavyweight Ononogbu, Seeks Strategic Support

As consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections gather momentum, the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has paid a courtesy visit to prominent Abia political leader and stakeholder, Dr. Kingsley Ononogbu, to discuss the future of the constituency.

Dr. Anyaso, who described Dr. Ononogbu as an elder brother and one of the state’s most respected political figures, said he was warmly received at the elder statesman’s residence, where both men held extensive discussions on issues affecting Bende Federal Constituency and the need for purposeful leadership.

According to Anyaso, he used the opportunity to share his vision and plans for delivering responsible, people-centred, and impactful representation to the people of Bende if elected.

He disclosed that Dr. Ononogbu offered valuable counsel, words of encouragement, and fatherly advice during the meeting, while also praying for the success of his political aspiration.
